Role & responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to support business goals and workforce planning.

Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, and headcount.
Collaborate with stakeholders on organizational and people-related initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Support succession planning and career development programs.
