Manage production line workers and oversee daily production planning and scheduling of the plant.
Coordinate preventive maintenance planning and scheduling to minimize downtime.
Prepare production management information systems (MIS) and analyze quantity and rate variances.
Implement production design and scheduling processes to optimize workflow.
Monitor production efficiency and ensure adherence to production basics and standards.
Support the production part approval process and master production scheduling.
Utilize SAP production planning and production planning software for effective management.
Conduct production reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with footwear production standards and mass production requirements.
