Job Summary

We are looking for a PO Executive with a finance background to support the Marketing team in PO creation, budget coordination, vendor invoices, and vendor onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) for Marketing.
Maintain budget files and coordinate with Finance.
Verify vendor invoices and share them with Finance for processing.
Handle vendor onboarding and document verification.
Coordinate with vendors, Finance, and internal teams for timely closure.
Maintain records of POs, invoices, budgets, and vendor documents.
