Relationship Manager CASA Sales

Job Responsibilities:
Drive CASA and liabilities sales through field sales and direct sourcing.
Acquire current customers for Current Account and Savings Account products.
Generate business through self-sourcing, market visits, references, and local networking.
Manage and develop relationships with existing and recent customers.
Identify customer needs and cross-sell relevant banking products such as FD, Insurance, Loans and other liability products.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets for CASA and liability products.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely account opening and activation.
Build a solid local market network and generate quality leads.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per bank guidelines.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline.
Min 1 year of experience in CASA, liabilities, retail banking or field sales.
Candidates with experience in Current Account / Savings Account sales will be preferred.
