Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide architectural guidance and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage project planning.
Work extensively with ITOM and HRSD modules, including integrations using REST APIs.
Oversee the development of ServiceNow components such as Client Scripts, Workflows, and Catalog Items.

Skills Required:
10 - 15 years of relevant experience
Solid expertise in ServiceNow and its core modules.
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and ITOM.
Proficiency in HRSD and related integrations.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development best practices.

Valuable to Have:
Familiarity with ITSM processes.
Experience with CMDB and Service Portal.

Education: Any Graduation
