Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations.
Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions and company guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, expiry tracking, and procurement activities.
Maintain proper storage conditions for medicines and healthcare products.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
Lead, train, and supervise pharmacy staff to achieve operational excellence.
Coordinate with doctors, healthcare specialists, suppliers, and management.
Prepare and maintain pharmacy records, reports, and documentation.
Handle customer/patient queries and provide appropriate guidance regarding medications.
Implement measures to minimize stock losses and improve operational efficiency.





Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm).
Valid Pharmacy Registration Certificate.
Robust knowledge of pharmaceutical products, inventory management, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in pharmacy management software and MS Office.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
