Role & responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire recent customers for gold loan products through field sales.
Visit customers, understand their financial requirements, and explain suitable gold loan options.
Drive gold loan disbursement and achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop relationships with customers and generate business through referrals.
Coordinate with the branch for gold valuation, documentation, KYC, and loan processing.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC requirements.
