Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM | Integrations | Custom App Development)

ValueLabs is looking for skilled ServiceNow Developers to join our agile team in Hyderabad. If you have hands-on experience in ITSM, ServiceNow integrations, custom application development, JavaScript, and Flow Designer, this is your chance to work on cutting-edge platforms powering global enterprises!

What Youll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.)
Build and manage custom applications using ServiceNows platform (Application Engine, UI Policies, Client Scripts, etc.)
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and web services




Utilize Flow Designer to automate complex business workflows and service processes
Write clean, productive JavaScript (Client & Server-side) for custom logic and UI enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design, testing, and deployment
Support ongoing maintenance, performance tuning, and release management

What Were Looking For:
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM and custom application development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow UI/UX customization.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, Web Services).
Familiarity with ServiceNow Application Development Lifecycle (ADL) and DevOps practices.
Understanding of ITIL principles is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
