We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lean Consultant to join our team, working from Monday to Saturday.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in lean principles and practices.

Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement lean solutions.
Develop and maintain process maps to visualize current processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employees on lean principles and best practices.
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and make recommendations for further improvements.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.




Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.

Job Requirements
Robust understanding of lean principles, including waste reduction, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Experience with process mapping and measurement tools.
Solid project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
