Skills
Who We Are Looking For
Candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in HCC/Risk Adjustment Coding.




Solid hands-on experience in ICD-10-CM coding.
Good knowledge of HCC and Risk Adjustment methodologies.
Robust understanding of Medical Terminology, Anatomy, and Physiology.
Ability to identify chronic conditions and accurately capture reportable diagnoses.
Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to consistently meet quality and productivity standards.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a shorter notice period will be preferred.
