Job Title: RPA Developer / Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Daily monitoring of bot executions.
Tracking and troubleshooting of incidents and ensuring timely resolution.
Develop and configure RPA bots using tools like UiPath or Power Automate.
Conduct testing (unit, integration, and UAT support) to ensure quality and functionality.
Deploy bots in production, monitor performance, and manage exceptions.
Prepare and maintain technical and process documentation.
Collaborate with business and IT teams for successful implementation of automation solutions.
Support existing automations and identify prospects for process improvements.
Follow automation development standards and best practices.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of UiPath, Power Automate, or other RPA tools.
Understanding of automation workflows and process automation concepts.




Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and business processes.
Basic knowledge of Python for scripting and automation (preferred).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in RPA, automation, software development, or related technologies.
Internship, academic project, or certification in UiPath, Power Automate, Python, or automation tools will be an advantage.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
