About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager with robust experience in real estate marketing, preferably with luxury and premium residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating quality leads, strengthening brand presence, and supporting sales growth through effective marketing campaigns.

Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for luxury residential projects.
Plan and manage digital, social media, offline, and promotional campaigns.
Generate quality leads and support sales conversion.
Manage branding, content, events, launches, and marketing materials.
Coordinate with sales teams, agencies, vendors, and media partners.
Monitor campaigns, budgets, leads, and ROI.




Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Manage digital marketing, including Google, Meta, SEO, and social media.
Prepare marketing reports and performance updates.
Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve business goals.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate.
Experience in luxury/premium residential projects will be preferred.
Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign management.
