Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Persistency Manager / Renewal Manager to manage policy renewals, improve persistency ratios, and strengthen customer retention. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely premium collections, reducing policy lapses, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Drive policy renewal and premium collection activities.
Improve persistency and retention ratios through customer engagement.
Follow up with customers for due and overdue premium payments.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless policy servicing.
Analyze renewal performance and prepare MIS reports.
Address customer queries related to policy renewals and servicing.




Build strong relationships with existing customers to enhance retention.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Life Insurance.
Experience in Persistency, Renewals, Retention, Customer Service, Operations, or Policy Servicing preferred.
Valuable communication and relationship management skills.
Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools is an advantage.
