Lead end-to-end procurement for Industrial and Warehousing Design & Build / EPC projects.
Develop and manage sourcing strategies for key project categories including civil, PEB, structural steel, MEP, electrical, plumbing, fire & safety, flooring, doors, dock equipment and other project materials/services.
Identify, evaluate, onboard and develop reliable vendors, contractors and suppliers across key project locations.
Drive RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, comparative statements, negotiations and purchase order finalisation.
Work closely with Design, Estimation, Projects and Central Supply Chain teams to align procurement plans with project schedules and budgets.
Ensure timely availability of materials and services while optimising cost, quality and lead times.
Build category-wise cost benchmarks and market intelligence to improve procurement efficiency and commercial outcomes.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, quality and contractual compliance.
Drive value engineering, alternate sourcing and cost optimisation initiatives.
Strengthen procurement processes, governance, MIS and reporting mechanisms
