Role & responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and underwrite LAP loan proposals as per company credit policy and risk parameters.
Handle cases with ticket sizes ranging from 50 Lakhs to 5 Crores.
Analyse applicant financials, banking transactions, ITR, GST, income assessment and cash flows.
Assess the creditworthiness of Self-Employed / Business Banking / Salaried customers.
Review and interpret financial statements, bank statements, bureau reports and repayment history.
Conduct detailed assessment of business vintage, turnover, profitability, leverage and repayment capacity.
Evaluate property documents, legal & technical reports, valuation and collateral security.
