We are looking for an Application Migration Coordinator to coordinate end-to-end application migration and transition activities across multiple sites and business units. The role involves working closely with application, infrastructure, security, business, and third-party teams to ensure smooth migration and transition.

Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end application migration and transition activities .
Act as the primary liaison between application, infrastructure, business, and third-party teams.
Manage application onboarding, readiness assessment, deployment, validation, and transition .
Maintain application documentation including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, dependency mappings, and technical inventories .
Coordinate migration prerequisites including firewall, network connectivity, server readiness, and setting validation .
Facilitate technical workshops and project status meetings.
Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and issues .
Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, cutover, stabilization, and hypercare .
Prepare migration status reports, readiness assessments,



and executive summaries.
Ensure migration deliverables and governance requirements are completed on schedule.
Support post-deployment validation and operational handover .
Facilitate lessons learned, transition closure, and project completion activities.
