Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relationship & Sales Executive to build solid customer relationships, handle support requirements, generate sales opportunities, and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with recent and existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Conduct outbound calls for lead generation and sales.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
Convert enquiries into sales prospects.
Maintain customer satisfaction through timely communication.
Identify repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Update CRM/customer databases and prepare MIS reports.
Achieve monthly sales and customer engagement targets.
