We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage sales activities for a TATA Motors Commercial Vehicle Dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and achieve sales targets.
Lead and supervise the sales team.
Generate recent customers and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Plan and execute local sales activities.
Handle customer requirements and negotiations.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order and delivery processes.
Identify recent market opportunities and improve sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
Experience in Automobile, Finance or FMCG industry.
Team handling experience preferred.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of sales and customer relationship management.
Target-oriented approach.
Candidates should be willing to work at locations across Dausa, Mahwa, Dholpur, Hindaun, Bandikui, Sawai Madhopur, Gangapur City and nearby areas.
