We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer who understands short-form content and knows how to create engaging, high-retention videos for Instagram and YouTube.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual storytelling, pacing, typography, motion graphics, and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities
Edit high-retention Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts with engaging cuts, transitions, motion graphics, text animations, and sound design.
Create social media creatives, carousels, promotional graphics, and video thumbnails.
Add appropriate music, sound effects, captions, and other elements to enhance viewer engagement.
Stay updated with viral Instagram trends, formats, editing styles, and trending audio.
Adapt trending content formats creatively to suit the brand's content strategy.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand creative requirements and deliver content on time.
Maintain consistency in visual style, branding, and overall content quality.

Requirements




1+ year of experience in short-form video editing and graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator.
Robust understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Good knowledge of pacing, transitions, typography, motion graphics, sound design, and visual storytelling.
Ability to identify and implement relevant social media trends and viral formats.
Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced workplace.
Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous Reel/Short-form video edits is mandatory.
Must be willing to work from our Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad office.
