Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Gold Loans)

In summary, the role focuses heavily on sales - acquiring current customers, engaging with existing ones, ensuring portfolio quality, and collecting payments to minimize defaults. Brand building through field marketing is also a key component.

Responsibilities
Responsible to acquire Current Customers for generating Gold Loan business and for other cross sell products.
Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL Finance Limited branch in the catchment areas and generate leads of prospective customers.
Drive ensure continuous customer engagement through various channels.
Maintaining quality portfolio by tracking/controlling ROI.
Provide after sales service to existing customers and obtain references from them to increase the customer base.




Robust follow up on interest collections to keep NPAs (non-performing assets) under control.

Qualifications
Candidates with 6 months of sales experience in Banking Financial Services can apply for the role.
Freshers with flair in Sales can also apply.
