We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support our daily sales, delivery, customer, and farm operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily customer orders, subscriptions, and delivery details.
Plan and coordinate delivery routes and delivery partners.
Handle B2B orders from hotels, cafs, supermarkets, and other clients.
Coordinate with sales, farm, packing, and delivery teams.
Maintain customer and sales data using Zoho Bigin, Excel & Google Sheets.
Track renewals, samples, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
Coordinate product availability and weekly harvest requirements with farm teams.
Monitor packaging materials and daily operational requirements.
Support customer issue resolution and ensure smooth order execution.
Use AI tools like ChatGPT to improve daily work, communication, and planning.
What Were Looking For:
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
1 year of sales experience preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is a plus.
