Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in strengthening our Supply Chain function. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of procurement, inventory, and operations, driving alignment, improving efficiencies, and ensuring seamless execution across day-to-day supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement coordination, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment
Ensure smooth coordination across functions to drive timely execution of operational priorities
Monitor inventory levels and stock movement to maintain optimal availability and minimize gaps
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve turnaround times
Track orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure adherence to timelines
Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements within the supply chain
Maintain and analyze MIS reports, dashboards,



and key performance metrics
Ensure adherence to defined processes, SOPs, and compliance standards
Support ongoing initiatives to enhance overall supply chain efficiency

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or related field
4–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain / operations / inventory management
Experience in cross-functional coordination roles will be an advantage
Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools is preferred
Robust understanding of Supply Chain Management fundamentals
Good working knowledge of inventory management and operational coordination
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and coordination abilities
High attention to detail and process orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven setting.
