Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through field visits.
Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable products/services.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits and identify recent business opportunities.
Follow up with leads, prepare quotations, and close sales.
Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.




Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales / Business Development / Direct Sales.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Willingness to travel within Bhopal and nearby areas.
Knowledge of the local Bhopal market will be an advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation25,000/month + Attractive Performance-Based IncentivesSuitable candidates with robust field sales experience and proven target achievement will be preferred.
