Role & responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.
Manage lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.
Create engaging social media post creatives, banners and promotional content.
Create and edit short-form video creatives/reels for social media and advertising campaigns.
Handle basic SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO and website optimization.
Manage social media content and maintain consistent brand communication.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, reach, engagement and conversions.
Analyze campaign data and suggest improvements for better performance.
Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and campaign requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
13 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Good knowledge of SEO and keyword research.




Experience in creating social media graphics and video creatives.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
Good understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand campaign metrics and optimize performance.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Candidates with experience in real estate / lead generation will be preferred.
