The HRIS Specialist will work on day-to-day requirements and closing the request or
issues on the HRIS Application (Adrenalin Max 2.0) by troubleshooting, network
interface, APIs, maintenance, any configuration required etc.
Knowledge on configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting the HRIS.
Design and Implement interface between HR systems and IT applications.
Provide expert assistance to users.
Preparing of HRIS related reports and dashboards.
Knowledge in compensation structure and statutory deductions.
Part of implementation of HRMS/HRIS within the organization.
Conduct testing, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system is
fully functional.
Ensure that the HRMS/HRIS meets the organization's requirements and objectives.
Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders and senior
