Roles and Responsibilities
Note - It is an Row house bungalow system project in Bhaje ,Lonavla Location .
Manage residential projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Oversee construction activities on site, including vendor management and quality control.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
