AWS infra (EC2, EKS, LB, etc.) design + ownership
CI/CD using Jenkins + Argo CD
Docker + Kubernetes in production
Terraform for infra automation
Monitoring with Prometheus + Grafana
Debugging real production issues (not just dashboards)
You will work closely with backend engineers to make deployments faster, safer and less painful.

What we expect
45+ years in DevOps / SRE / Infra
Solid AWS + Linux fundamentals
Hands-on Kubernetes + Docker (not just theoretical)
Terraform experience
Solid debugging skills in distributed systems
Valuable understanding of networking + security
You should be comfortable taking ownership and making infra decisions, not just executing tasks.
Security & domain
We operate in a Fintech/NBFC setup, so this matters:
Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS and secure infra practices




Awareness of access control, auditability and compliance
AI expectation
We expect engineers to use AI to move faster:
Comfortable with AI tools like Codex/Kiro/Claude
Basic understanding of LLM ecosystems
Exposure to platforms like Amazon Bedrock is a plus

Positive to have
Argo CD / GitOps
Bash or Python scripting
Experience with microservices
