Role Overview:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, with robust focus on ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and technical design.
Architect and implement Now Assist, GenAI, and Agentic AI use cases.
Design AI-driven workflow automation and intelligent service experiences.
Define ServiceNow integration architecture using REST/SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Provide architecture guidance across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, etc.




Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and upgradeability standards.
Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams.
Define architecture standards, best practices, and technical governance.
