Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Solution Analyst or similar role in an employment firm or recruitment services firm.
Solid understanding of the employment landscape and current market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
