A Logistics Executive is a dual-focused role, requiring expertise in both sales and logistics operations. The Logistics Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods. The role focuses on shipment planning, documentation, coordination with transporters, and maintaining smooth supply chain operations.

Role & responsibilities
Coordinate with production and dispatch departments for packing list and certificate of analysis.
Respond to daily emails from customers - regarding dispatches
Monitor freight costs and optimize logistics expenses.
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Resolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies efficiently.
Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Sales, Accounts, QA) for dispatch planning.
Scheduling and dispatching Materials
Should have positive communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Should collaborate with all other interdependent teams.
