Position: Accounts Payable Executive

B.Com graduate with relevant experience in accounts payable, customer receipt accounting, ledger reconciliation, payment booking, and month-end closing activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, clearing outstanding items, and preparing reconciliation and collection reports.

Key Responsibilities
Post customer receipts against the relevant customer accounts.
Upload exchange client balances daily for bidding purposes.
Perform customer, vendor, exchange, and general ledger reconciliation.
Explicit customer, vendor, and general ledger open items and identify discrepancies.
Handle payment booking and monthly reconciliation of NAOR accounts.
Perform RTM/TAM transaction matching and timely clearing.
Book and track NOC, CRF, registration fee,



and application fee invoices in SAP.
Explicit and monitor control GLs and customer receipt-related open items.
Support month-end and year-end provisioning and closing activities.
Prepare bank reconciliation, open receipts MIS, customer data reconciliation, and monthly collection reports.
Support TDS accounting and 26AS reconciliation.
Prepare power exchange clearing and open-item reports.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Finance & Accounts.
Robust knowledge of ledger reconciliation and payment accounting.
Experience in customer receipts, vendor accounting, and open-item clearing.
Working knowledge of SAP.
Good understanding of bank reconciliation, TDS, and 26AS reconciliation.
Valuable command of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
