Role Overview Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team, working across our International Business Summits & Awards and CPaaS Solutions divisions.

The most significant requirement for this role is excellent communication skills and strong confidence while speaking with customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:




Excellent English communication skills verbal and written
Strong confidence while speaking with customers, prospects, and business specialists
Generate and develop new business prospects for both Events & Awards and CPaaS Solutions
Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements
Pitch relevant event, award, and CPaaS solutions based on client requirements
Connect with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Conduct client calls, meetings, and presentations
Follow up with prospects and work towards converting leads into business opportunities
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
Maintain and update lead and customer information in the CRM

Prior experience in B2B Sales / Business Development is an advantage, but strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to interact professionally with customers are the primary requirements.
