Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Marol Naka, Andheri. The ideal candidate should have an MBA qualification with solid communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Freshers with a solid interest in sales and business development are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sources.
Connect with prospective clients and explain company products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations as required.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good presentation and convincing abilities.
Robust follow-up and relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Willingness to learn and develop a career in Business Development/Sales.

Eligibility
MBA – Marketing / Sales / Business Development preferred.
Fresher to 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Inside Sales, or related fields.
