nWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Contact Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full time, on-site role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a qualified and empathetic mannern
Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levelsn
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customersn
Assist the team in enhancing customer service processes and qualityn
Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailn

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsn
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesn
Patient, positive, and detail-oriented mindsetn
Previous customer service experience is an added advantagen
Fluency in multiple languages is a plusn
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalentn

nSalary & Advantages

CTC: ₹26,000 – ₹38,000 per monthn
Night Shift Allowance: Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 per weekn
