Video Producer – Production & Shoot Execution

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on video producer with strong experience in video production, cinematography, camera handling, and on-ground shoot execution.

The role is ideal for someone who is comfortable independently handling professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and production setups and can execute shoots based on creative briefs and production requirements.

The candidate will work closely with creative and production teams to bring concepts to life and ensure smooth, high-quality execution across different shooting settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute video shoots based on creative briefs and production plans.
Independently operate qualified cameras, lenses, and other camera equipment.
Handle camera settings, exposure, focus, framing, and composition.
Set up and operate skilled lighting and audio equipment.
Handle gimbals, tripods,



and other production equipment.
Manage on-location shoots across different environments.
Ensure the required visual output and production quality are achieved.
Guide on-screen talent during shoots when required.
Coordinate with creative teams, production crew, talent, and other stakeholders.
Troubleshoot technical and on-ground production challenges.
Manage and handle production equipment responsibly.
Review and organize footage after shoots.
Perform basic video editing, footage assembly, and color corrections when required.
Coordinate with post-production teams for editing, ccolorgrading, sound design, and final delivery.
