nRole Overview
nAs a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing CNC and VMC related products, managing spare parts and inventory, and providing in office technical support to customers.
nKey Responsibilities

Repair and service CNC Spindles & Rotary Tablesn
Plan and safely dispatch products and service materialsn
Plan and maintain buffer stock of products and sparesn
Maintain accurate inventory and spare-parts recordsn
Visit customer locations for installation, inspection, troubleshooting & servicen
Coordinate effectively to ensure timely customer supportn





nQualifications & Experience

Experience: 3+ Yearsn
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineeringn
Solid mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsn
Willingness to travel for customer visitsn
Hands-on experience with CNC machinery/products will be an added advantagen
