nJOB DESCRIPTION:
nWe are looking for an experienced PostgreSQL Database Administrator (Postgres DBA) to join our team.
nResponsibilities:
nDatabase Administration: Install, configure, and maintain PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MSSQL databases.
nPerformance Tuning: Analyze and optimize database performance for scalability and efficiency.
nBackup and Recovery: Implement and test backup and disaster recovery plans.
nCross-Platform Support:



Manage databases on both Linux and Windows Server settings.
nStrong hands-on expertise in PostgreSQL
nProficiency in SQL, shell scripting, and database monitoring tools.
nSolid understanding of replication, clustering, and high availability setups.
nExcellent analytical and communication skills.
nGood to have:
nExposure to Postgress/ Mongo cloud database services (OCI).
nFamiliarity monitoring tools like ops manager, Prometheus and Grafana, SolarWinds
nKnowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
