nKey Responsibilities

Handle Cash Application / Collections activities within the Accounts Receivable process.n
Apply customer payments accurately against invoices and open items.n
Perform account reconciliation and resolve payment-related discrepancies.n
Follow up on outstanding invoices and support collections activities.n
Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, short payments and payment mismatches.n
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve AR-related queries.n
Maintain accuracy, productivity and SLA/TAT while handling daily transactions.n
Prepare and maintain required reports and ensure proper documentation.n
