Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven User Acquisition Specialist to join
nour growth team. You will be responsible for managing the entire UA funnel — from
ncampaign conceptualization to in-depth performance analysis — with the goal of
nacquiring high-quality users at scale and maximizing long-term ROI.
nThis role requires a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, analytical rigor,
nand creative collaboration, making it ideal for someone passionate about scaling
nmobile games in the competitive social and hypercasual space.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Technical & Execution
n Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram),
nGoogle Ads (UAC), TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Unity, and other ad
nnetworks/DSPs.
n Manage daily campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and
ncreatives to hit CAC, LTV, and ROI goals.
n Implement structured A/B tests for campaigns, audiences, and creatives.
n Ensure accurate event configuration and tracking across ad platforms




nand Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) (AppsFlyer).
n Partner with engineering teams to QA and troubleshoot SDK/event
nintegrations.
n2. Analytical & Reporting
n Analyze campaign and cohort-level data from ad platforms and MMPs to identify
ntrends, prospects, and risks.
n Calculate breakeven points and model projected LTV/ROI by user cohorts.
n Understand and act on player journey metrics (ex. Recent users: D0–D7;
nRetained users: D7+; Reactivated users).
n Build dashboards and performance reports in tools such as Looker Studio,
nTableau, or Power BI.
n Apply predictive modeling and early KPIs (D1–D3) to forecast long-term user
nvalue, for decision making.

n Develop and execute a full-funnel UA strategy that integrates acquisition,
nretention, and re-engagement.
n Create and manage audience strategies (custom audiences, lookalikes,
nretargeting cohorts).
