UAV Airframe Development Internship
nAccrue Progressiv LLP is a composites engineering and manufacturing company based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
nWe are looking for a UAV Airframe Development Intern to join our engineering and manufacturing team for a 3 or 6 months internship.
nThis role provides practical exposure to UAV airframe development, carbon-fiber composite manufacturing, CAD design and assembly.
nKey Responsibilities

Assist with fabrication of carbon-fiber composite UAV airframe componentsn
Assist in the preparation, assembly and finishing of composite componentsn
Support CAD design and development of airframe componentsn
Assist with airframe assembly and mechanical integrationn
Support inspection, measurement and quality checksn
Assist engineers with prototype development and manufacturing improvementsn
Maintain basic engineering and manufacturing documentationn

nQualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Aerospace, Aeronautical,



Mechanical Engineering or a related disciplinen
Basic knowledge of aircraft/UAV structuresn
Familiarity with SolidWorks, CATIA or equivalent CAD softwaren
Good analytical and problem-solving abilityn
Positive attention to detailn
Willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing environmentn
Positive communication and teamwork skillsn
Interest in UAVs, aerospace structures and composite manufacturingn

nDuration: 6 months
nWork arrangement: In office
nEmployment type: Internship
nCompensation: 8000-12000 INR
nThis internship is intended for candidates who want practical experience in UAV airframe development, carbon-fiber composites and advanced manufacturing.
nCandidates with relevant academic projects, UAV projects, composite fabrication experience or CAD-based design work are encouraged to apply.
