Key Role Purpose:

Drive sell-out growth across non-ISP retail outlets by strengthening retailer engagement, improving in-store visibility and counter advocacy, enhancing retail productivity, maximizing loyalty program effectiveness, and ensuring execution excellence through scalable retailer-focused initiatives across V-Guard and Sunflame.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sell-Out Growth: Develop and execute initiatives to increase sell-out from non-ISP retail outlets. Retailer Engagement: Strengthen retailer relationships through loyalty programs, retailer activations, engagement initiatives, and incentive programs. Identify Growth Opportunities: Analyze outlet performance to identify productivity gaps, growth prospects, and levers for improving sales. Retailer Activations & Campaigns: Design and execute retailer-focused interventions, contests, seasonal campaigns, and market activations. Visibility & Counter Conversion: Improve product display, in-store visibility, counter advocacy, and conversion at the point of sale. Productivity & ROI: Track outlet productivity,



program effectiveness, and ROI of retailer initiatives; use insights to optimize investments. Regional Collaboration: Partner with Regional Sales teams to implement and scale successful initiatives and best practices across markets. Competition Benchmarking: Monitor competitor activities and benchmark retailer engagement, loyalty, activation, and incentive models. Counter Salesman / Floor Manager Program: Drive performance, governance, productivity, and effectiveness of Counter Salesman and Floor Manager programs. Analytics & Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to track retailer productivity, program performance, execution, and business impact. Execution Excellence: Establish explicit governance, performance metrics, and review mechanisms to ensure consistent execution across markets. Eligibility & Experience:
