NAbout the Role
nInnovatiview India is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale Education, ICT, ITES, Digital Learning, and Smart Classroom projects across government departments, educational institutions, and public sector organizations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience planning, executing, and delivering technology-enabled education projects within defined timelines and budgets, with solid stakeholder management skills.
NKey Responsibilities:
NProject Planning & Execution

Lead end-to-end implementation of Education, ICT, Smart Classroom, Digital Learning, and IT-enabled projects. N
Develop project plans, implementation schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies. N
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, budget, and quality parameters. N
Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to address delays or issues. N





nGovernment Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for Government departments, bureaucrats, and other stakeholders. N
Conduct regular review meetings and provide project status updates to clients and senior management. N
Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project-related concerns promptly. N

nTeam Management
N

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical, operations, procurement, training, and support teams. N
Guide field implementation teams and ensure smooth deployment across project locations. N
Track team performance and ensure adherence to project milestones. N

nVendor & Partner Coordination

n
Manage relationships with OEMs, system integrators, implementation partners, and service providers. N
Ensure timely procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning of project components. N
