NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a proactive, organized, and business-oriented Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. The role will involve managing executive responsibilities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, supporting business priorities, and ensuring effective follow-up and execution.
NThe ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong ownership, and the ability to understand business requirements and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
NKey Responsibilities

Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, appointments, travel, and day-to-day priorities. N
Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely follow-up on key tasks and action items. N
Prepare presentations, reports, MOMs, MIS, and other management documents. N
Support the MD with business-related research, information gathering, and operational coordination. N
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and external stakeholders as required. N




Assist with client meetings, follow-ups, communication, and coordination of deliverables. N
Track important projects, deadlines, and commitments to ensure timely closure. N
Draft professional emails, correspondence, and internal communications on behalf of the MD. N
Support meetings and ensure action points are documented and followed through. N
Handle confidential information and sensitive business matters with discretion. N

nWhat We're LookingFor

3–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Executive Coordinator / Business Coordinator. N
Prior experience working directly with a CEO, MD, Founder, or senior leadership will be preferred. N
Robust communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. N
Good business understanding with an ability to learn and understand organizational priorities. N
