nWe're looking for a confident Performance Marketer to grow our D2C brand through Meta ads. This is a fun, hands-on opportunity to test creative ideas, work with a team-oriented team, and see the direct impact of your campaigns.
nWhat you'll do

Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns.n
Manage budgets, audiences, retargeting, and campaign performance.n
Collaborate with the creative team to test ads, messaging, and formats.n
Track CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue, then share explicit recommendations.n

nRequired experience

At least 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta ads for D2C brands.n
A strong understanding of the D2C business model, customer journey, acquisition, retention, and unit economics.n
A track record of improving campaign performance.n

Data analysis and confident, data-backed decision-making.n
