Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive

Location: Marol, Andheri.

Job Type: Full time

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 Years in Accounting and Compliance.

Qualification: Bachelor of commerce or equivalent degree.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Management o Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.

o Maintain accurate records of customer payments and aging reports.

o Follow up diligently with clients regarding pending payments and reconcile discrepancies.
Invoicing and E-invoice Handling o Generate and manage e-invoices in compliance with GST guidelines.

o Ensure accurate and timely issuance of sales invoices through Zoho Books or Tally Prime.
Purchase Order Processing o Verify and match purchase orders with invoices.





o Coordinate with sales and procurement teams for any PO discrepancies.
GST and Tax Compliance o Assist in the preparation and filing of GSTR-1.

o Ensure adherence to relevant tax regulations and timelines.
Software Expertise o Work extensively on Zoho Books, Tally Prime, and other ERP/accounting platforms.

o Maintain and organize data systematically for easy retrieval and reporting.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Marol, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
