Position: Assistant Professor – Finance

Location: Kochi Branch

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant teaching experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Assistant Professor – Finance to deliver high-quality academic instruction, mentor students, and contribute to academic excellence. The ideal candidate should have robust subject expertise in Finance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for student development.

Required Qualifications
MBA / M.Com with specialization or robust knowledge in Finance.
Minimum 6 months of relevant teaching experience.
Robust knowledge of Finance-related subjects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong classroom management and student mentoring skills.





Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in Finance and related subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, course materials, and assessments.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, projects, and presentations.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career support to students.
Maintain attendance, assessment records, and student progress documentation.
Support students in understanding financial concepts and their practical applications.
Participate in academic activities, workshops, seminars, and institutional programs.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum.

Pay: ₹18,068.88 - ₹70,820.50 per month
