Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM)

Role Overview

Responsible for building, managing, and developing a productive agency distribution network by recruiting, onboarding, training, and supporting financial advisors. The role involves driving business growth through advisor development, relationship management, sales planning, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Advisor Recruitment: Identify, attract, recruit, and onboard potential advisors through various sourcing channels.
Advisor Development: Train, coach, and mentor advisors to improve their product knowledge, sales skills, and overall productivity.
Business Generation: Work closely with advisors to generate recent business and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Relationship Management: Build solid and long-term relationships with advisors and provide continuous business support.
Sales Planning: Develop and execute monthly and quarterly business plans to achieve distribution and sales objectives.
Lead Generation: Identify potential customer segments and support advisors in prospecting, lead generation, and conversion.
Performance Management: Track advisor performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans to improve productivity and activation.
Customer Engagement:



Support advisors in understanding customer needs and positioning suitable financial protection and investment solutions.
Market Development: Explore recent markets, customer segments, and networking opportunities to expand the agency channel.
Training & Coaching: Conduct regular reviews, sales meetings, product discussions, and skill-development sessions.
Compliance: Ensure advisors follow company processes, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
Reporting & MIS: Monitor business performance, recruitment, activation, productivity, and other key performance indicators.
