Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR Associate with strong Recruitment & Talent Acquisition experience, along with exposure to Employee Engagement and Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining follow-up.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, walk-ins, and other channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to close positions within timelines.
Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor key metrics such as pipeline, offers, and joining ratios.
Support employee engagement activities, events, surveys, and internal initiatives.
Coordinate new employee onboarding, documentation, HR induction, and pre-joining activities.
Maintain employee/HR records and support day-to-day HR activities and initiatives.

Requirements:
3–4 years of HR experience with robust recruitment exposure.
Valuable communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid follow-up and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR/recruitment tools.
Proactive, people-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
