Role & Responsibilities
Counsel students on study-abroad programs, universities, courses, and countries.
Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences.
Guide students through the complete admission and application process.
Assist with university shortlisting, applications, documentation, and follow-ups.
Provide guidance on visa requirements and application procedures.
Handle student queries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Maintain regular follow-ups with students and ensure timely conversion.
Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
Maintain accurate records and update student details in CRM.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1–5 years of experience in overseas education/study-abroad counselling.
Experience in counselling students for international universities and programs.
Valuable knowledge of study-abroad destinations, admissions, and visa processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, counselling, and follow-up abilities.
Comfortable working with sales/admission targets.
Graduate in any discipline; relevant overseas education experience preferred.
