Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and data-entry activities at our plant. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in maintaining financial records, handling accounting entries, and supporting routine plant-level accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.
Perform accurate data entry of purchase, sales, expense, and payment transactions.
Record invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and journal entries.
Maintain cash and bank records and assist with bank reconciliation.
Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.
Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before accounting.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate with the purchase, stores, production, and administration teams for accounting-related data.
Prepare basic reports related to expenses, purchases, payments, and outstanding amounts.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting work as required.




Ensure timely and accurate updating of accounting software/ERP.
Support month-end closing and reconciliation activities.
Perform other accounting and data-entry tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
Robust data-entry and documentation skills.
Working knowledge of Tally/ERP/accounting software.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Understanding of invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a plant/manufacturing workplace.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Experience
Experience in plant/manufacturing/company accounts will be preferred.
Candidates with hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounting data entry, and plant-level accounts operations are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
